Schneider National Shares Fall After Trimming Full-Year 2025 Adjusted EPS Outlook

10:04 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Schneider National ( SNDR ) shares were down 1.5% in recent Thursday trading after the company trimmed its full-year 2025 adjusted diluted earnings guidance.

The company reported Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.21 per diluted share, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.20.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.42 billion, up from $1.32 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.41 billion.

The transportation and logistics services company said it now expects full-year 2025 adjusted diluted EPS in the range of $0.75 to $0.95, compared with its prior range of $0.75 to $1. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.84.
