04:02 AM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Scholar Rock Holding ( SRRK ) said late Tuesday it priced an offering of 10.3 million common shares at $28.25 per share and pre-funded warrants to purchase 353,983 shares at $28.2499 each.

Gross proceeds are estimated to be about $300 million, up from the initial size of $275 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.6 million additional shares.

Proceeds from the offering, expected to close Friday, will fund the commercialization of apitegromab, support ongoing and future clinical programs, enhance their technology platform and cover general corporate expenses.
