09:04 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Scholar Rock ( SRRK ) said Wednesday that Lisa Wyman has been named to the new role of chief technical and quality officer.

Wyman previously served in executive positions at Generate:Biomedicines and Acceleron Pharma, the company stated.

The chief operating officer role will be eliminated and current COO and CFO Ted Myles will stay on until mid-March before transitioning to a senior advisor position for six months, the company said, adding that a search is underway for a new CFO.

Scholar Rock ( SRRK ) shares were more than 3% lower in premarket trading.
