06:53 AM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Schrodinger (SDGR) said Tuesday that Richie Jain, previously the company's senior vice president for strategic finance, was named as its new chief financial officer.

Jain succeeds Geoffrey Porges, who resigned from the role to pursue other opportunities.

The company said Porges agreed to remain with the company as an adviser through June 6 to ensure a smooth transition.
