04:10 AM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Science Applications International ( SAIC ) said late Thursday it has appointed James Reagan interim chief executive, effective immediately.

Reagan, who most recently served as chief financial officer of Leidos ( LDOS ) , succeeds Toni Townes-Whitley. Reagan has been a member of Science Applications' ( SAIC ) board since 2023.

The company also reiterated its fiscal 2026 outlook issued in September. At the time, the company said it expected adjusted earnings to be in a range of $9.40 to $9.60 per share and revenue of $7.25 billion to $7.33 billion for the fiscal year.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $9.54 and sales of $7.28 billion.

Science Applications ( SAIC ) said the ongoing federal government shutdown could impact its ability to meet its full-year guidance.
