05:17 PM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Scienjoy ( SJ ) said late Tuesday it received a notice from Nasdaq over its non-compliance with the minimum stock price requirement.

The company said the average closing price of its stock was less than $1.00 per share over a consecutive 30 trading-day period ended July 9.

The notification letter has no immediate effect on the listing and it has until January 6, 2026, to regain compliance, Scienjoy ( SJ ) said.
