08:46 AM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Scienture Holdings ( SCNX ) said Thursday that Suren Ajjarapu has stepped down as chief executive and chairman, with Dr. Shankar Hariharan and Dr. Narasimhan Mani taking over as co-CEOs.

Hariharan, named executive chairman, led Scienture ( SCNX ) before its 2024 merger with the current company, and Mani was appointed president and co-CEO after previously leading Scienture LLC, the company said.

Both executives were already leading the company's pharmaceutical unit and will continue in those positions, Scienture ( SCNX ) said.

Scienture ( SCNX ) also said Ajjarapu will remain an advisor to the board after overseeing the company's merger and exit from its healthcare IT platform.
