Scienture Sells 3 Subsidiaries to Tollo Health for $5 Million

10:14 AM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Scienture ( SCNX ) said Tuesday that it sold its legacy healthcare IT and wholesale operations subsidiaries to Tollo Health for $5 million.

The company divested Integra Pharma Solutions, Bonum Health, and Softell to streamline operations, optimize its portfolio, and accelerate growth in the branded and specialty pharma markets.

Scienture ( SCNX ) said it plans to use the sale proceeds to facilitate the high-growth commercial and strategic product development activities at its Scienture LLC subsidiary.

Shares of Scienture Holdings ( SCNX ) were up over 2% in recent trading.
