08:34 AM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Scilex Holding ( SCLX ) said Friday that it received a noncompliance notification from Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department on Thursday as the company did not timely file its 10-Q quarterly report for the quarter ended Sept. 30.

The company has 60 calendar days or until Jan. 20 to provide a plan to regain compliance, Scilex ( SCLX ) said, adding that the regulator may provide an exception of up to 180 calendar days or until May 19.
