10:31 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Scilex ( SCLX ) said Wednesday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Biconomy to launch a collaboration project related to cryptocurrency and treasury management strategies.

The project will involve using Biconomy's exchange platform to provide trading services for Scilex's ( SCLX ) digital assets including bitcoin and ethereum, Scilex ( SCLX ) said.

Under the project, Scilex ( SCLX ) will also set up a crypto treasury management strategy and will use technology provided by Biconomy for financial and trade information, it said.

Scilex ( SCLX ) shares were up 1.7% in recent trading.
