10:06 AM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Scinai Immunotherapeutics ( SCNI ) said Tuesday that it signed a $2 million investment commitment agreement with RK Stone Miami, an affiliate of its largest shareholder Daniel Stone.

The company said the deal allows it to sell American depositary shares totaling $2 million to the investor from time to time through the end of this year, under certain conditions.

Scinai shares were more than 4% higher in recent trading.
