08:01 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SciSparc ( SPRC ) said Thursday that its shareholders approved the company's proposed merger with parallel vehicle importer AutoMax Motors.

Under the merger agreement, SciSparc ( SPRC ) will acquire 100% of AutoMax's share capital through a reverse merger between its subsidiary SciSparc Merger Sub and AutoMax, with AutoMax continuing as a wholly-owned subsidiary, SciSparc ( SPRC ) said.

Automax shareholders will vote to approve the merger on Thursday, SciSparc ( SPRC ) said.

SciSparc ( SPRC ) shares were up 10% in recent premarket activity on Thursday.
