07:09 AM EST, 12/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SciSparc ( SPRC ) said Thursday that AutoMax Motors, an Israeli automotive importer and distributor with which the company has agreed to merge, received its first shipment of vehicles from China's Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group.

The deal was valued at $13 million and marked a "significant milestone" in AutoMax's import and distribution operations, SciSparc ( SPRC ) said.

SciSparc ( SPRC ) said it provided financial backing to AutoMax which helped facilitate the transaction.
