07:18 AM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Scorpio Tankers ( SBBA ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.75 per diluted share, down from $1.91 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.88.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $268 million, compared with $291.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $282.7 million.

The company said its board maintained Monday its quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, payable on Dec. 13 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 22.

Shares of the company were up more than 4% in recent premarket activity.
