05:27 AM EDT, 04/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Scorpius Holdings ( SCPX ) said late Monday it received a notice from the NYSE American that it is not compliant with the exchange's listing rules for its failure to timely file its 2023 annual report on Form 10-K.

The delay of the delinquent report was related to recent finance staff turnover, and the additional time needed for the calculation of revenue recognition of certain contracts, the company said.

The company has six months to cure the deficiency with a potential extension of another six months.
