08:54 AM EDT, 10/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Scotiabank (BNS) said Friday it expects net income contribution from its ownership interest in KeyCorp ( KEY ) to be about CA$74 million ($52.7 million) in Q4.

The contribution represents the bank's share of KeyCorp's ( KEY ) Q3 net income, and includes acquisition-related and other accounting impacts, Scotiabank said.

Adjusting for the amortization of acquired intangible assets of approximately CA$8 million, the bank said its adjusted net income contribution from KeyCorp ( KEY ) will be about CA$82 million.
