Deputy Governor Sharon Kozicki's address titled "Talking to Canadians: How Real-World Insights Shape Monetary Policy" will be available online at 12:20 p.m. ET on Thursday with an audience question-and-answer session to follow, but no press conference.

Scotiabank is much less interested in the title than in what I hope to be a question that reconciles the conflict in the BoC's communications.
