Scotiabank Says Colombia's Peso to React to U.S. Tariffs Threat

07:38 AM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Scotiabank said to watch the Colombian peso (COP) on Monday.

United States President Donald Trump accused Colombian President Gustavo Petro of being an "illegal drug leader" and said he will impose tariffs on Colombia on Monday and stop aid to the country, noted the bank.
