04:43 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sea (SE) said Monday its board has approved the repurchase of $1 billion worth of its American depositary shares.

Under the plan, shares may be repurchased through open market purchases, privately negotiated deals, or other approved transactions, the company said.

Shares were 2.4% higher in premarket trade Monday.
