08:04 AM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Seabridge Gold ( SA ) announced today that the government of British Columbia has renewed its lease for the Mitchell Treaty Tunnels mines until 2044.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, Seabridge's wholly owned subsidiary KSM Mining keeps the right to occupy and burrow tunnels through 11 mineral claims owned by a Tudor-operated joint venture between it, Teuton Resources, and American Creek Resources.
