08:45 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Seabridge Gold ( SA ) said Monday that results of three additional drill holes completed this summer at the Snip North target on the company's Iskut project, in British Columbia's Golden Triangle confirms the continuity, tenor and size of Snip North copper-gold porphyry mineralization, which was noted earlier last month.

Seabridge said a total of 18,000 meters of drilling have been completed in 18 holes so far, and the results have prompted the company to expand the drilling program by an additional 3,000 meters.

Seabridge said the most recent assay results showed steeply north-and west-plunging copper-gold mineralization characterized by potassic alteration and porphyry stockwork veining along a strike length of 1,800 meters.

Hole 30 has intersected a potential porphyry intrusion linked to the mineral system, which was a key target of this year's drilling program, Seabridge said.

Shares of Seabridge were up 0.5% in recent Monday premarket activity.
