01:31 PM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sealed Air ( SEE ) said Friday it closed the $400 million offering of 6.5% senior notes due 2032.

The company said the notes were sold to investors at 100.0% of their principal amount.

Sealed Air ( SEE ) said it plans to use the proceeds to repurchase its 5.5% senior notes due 2025 and for general corporate purposes.
