08:30 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SEALSQ ( LAES ) said Monday that Ballester Lafuente has been named chief of staff and group artificial intelligence officer.

In this role, Lafuente will lead the integration of AI across all SEALSQ ( LAES ) group entities and coordinate cross-company initiatives aimed at streamlining operations, SEALSQ ( LAES ) said.

Lafuente previously worked as the head of IT innovation at the International Institute for Management Development, a Lausanne, Switzerland-based global business school, SEALSQ ( LAES ) added.

Shares of the company were up more than 2% in recent Monday premarket activity.
