11:45 AM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SEALSQ ( LAES ) said Friday it partnered with IC'Alps to enhance automotive safety in the post-quantum computing age by introducing a new class of application-specific integrated circuits.

The company said its post-quantum secure technology, including cryptography and functional safety mechanisms, will be combined with IC'Alps' automotive application-specific integrated circuit designs to provide "robust" resistance against quantum-era threats.

SEALSQ ( LAES ) also entered into exclusive negotiations in February to acquire 100% of share capital and voting rights of IC'Alps, completion of which is subject to due diligence and regulatory approval, the company said.
