SEALSQ, Quobly Halt Talks on Potential Majority Stake, Acquisition
Mar 11, 2026 4:57 AM

09:50 AM EST, 02/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SEALSQ ( LAES ) and Quobly said Friday they have agreed to end negotiations regarding a possible acquisition or majority investment by SEALSQ ( LAES ) in the French quantum computing company.

The businesses will instead review a potential minority transaction when Quobly initiates its Series A funding round, the semiconductor maker said.

The decision reflects a mutual preference for a minority structure that is more compatible with the current pace of quantum computing investments in France, the company said.

SEALSQ ( LAES ) shares were 1% lower in recent trading.
