10:18 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SEALSQ Corp ( LAES ) said Monday it has signed a term sheet with India's Kaynes SemiCon to form a joint venture company.

The venture, to be based in India and called SEALKAYNESQ, plans to develop a semiconductor design and personalization center, said SEALSQ ( LAES ), a unit of WISeKey International ( WKEY ) .

SEALSQ ( LAES ) will hold 51% of the joint venture's share capital, while Kaynes the balance, according to the company.

Shares of SEALSQ ( LAES ) were up over 5% in recent trading.
