07:49 AM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Seaport Entertainment Group ( SEG ) said Tuesday it has secured the approval for uplisting to the New York Stock Exchange from the NYSE American LLC.

Owing to the uplisting, Seaport Entertainment's ( SEG ) common shares will no longer trade on the NYSE American following market close Friday, the company said.

Seaport Entertainment ( SEG ) also said its stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol "SEG" as it begins trading on the NYSE June 30.
