08:20 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Seaport Entertainment Group ( SEG ) said Wednesday it has appointed Matt Partridge as president and chief executive officer.

Partridge, who was the company's chief financial officer, will succeed Anton Nikodemus, who will remain with the company as special adviser until Nov. 3, the company said.

Meanwhile, Lenah Elaiwat will take over as interim CFO and treasurer, while lead independent director Michael Crawford will become chairman of the board.
