Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) was over 2% higher after saying it received a roughly $2.01 billion alternative acquisition proposal for The Kinetic Group from a US investment firm. The company also said its board rejected MNC Capital's unsolicited offer to acquire the company for $39.50 per share in cash.
