In corporate news, Kimberly-Clark ( KMB ) has agreed to form a $3.4 billion international tissue and professional products joint venture with Brazilian pulp producer Suzano (SUZ), the companies said Thursday. Kimberly-Clark ( KMB ) shares were falling 2%.
