In corporate news, Delta Air Lines ( DAL ) Chief Executive Ed Bastian said customer confidence has bounced back after earlier concerns over tariffs and economic uncertainty caused a slowdown, especially in the spring, Bloomberg reported, citing his comments at the Economic Club of Washington. Delta shares rose 0.6%.
