Kimberly-Clark ( KMB ) shares were down more than 14% pre-bell, while Kenvue ( KVUE ) stock rose more than 17% after the companies said Kimberly-Clark ( KMB ) will acquire Kenvue ( KVUE ) in a cash and stock deal valuing the company at about $48.7 billion on an enterprise basis.
