Sector Update: Consumer Stocks Edge Higher Pre-Bell Monday

09:11 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Consumer stocks were edging higher pre-bell Monday, with the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund ( XLP ) up 0.1% and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund ( XLY ) advancing by 0.4%.

WW International ( WW ) shares were more than 9% higher after the company reported a Q2 revenue of $189.2 million.

Dole (DOLE) stock was up 0.5% after the company posted higher Q2 adjusted earnings and revenue.

Skechers U.S.A. (SKX) shares were up 0.1% after the company reported higher Q2 earnings and sales.
