McCormick ( MKC ) shares were up nearly 5% after the company reported higher fiscal Q2 net sales and unchanged adjusted earnings per share.

Nature's Sunshine Products (NATR) shares were down nearly 12% after the company said a secondary offering of 2.85 million of its common shares was priced at $12 per share.

Kellanova's ( K ) pending acquisition by Mars has cleared the antitrust review of the US Federal Trade Commission, the two companies said. Kellanova ( K ) shares were 0.9% higher pre-bell.
