Lululemon Athletica ( LULU ) shares were down more than 19% after the company lowered its full-year outlook as it reported a decline in fiscal Q2 net income.

Alibaba ( BABA ) shares were 3% higher after the company launched an offer to exchange up to $2.65 billion of its outstanding senior notes issued in November 2024.

Ermenegildo Zegna ( ZGN ) stock was up more than 2% after the company reported higher H1 earnings.
