Omnicom Group ( OMC ) said Monday it will buy The Interpublic Group of Companies ( IPG ) in a stock-for-stock deal likely to close in H2 2025. Omnicom ( OMC ) shares were down 3.6% and Interpublic stock was 13% higher pre-bell.

Walt Disney's ( DIS ) animated film "Moana 2" made a record $600 million from the global box office in its second record weekend, media outlets reported Monday. Disney ( DIS ) shares were down 0.3%.

Comcast ( CMCSA ) and Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) said Monday they have reached long-term agreements that will deliver Warner Bros.' content to Xfinity and Sky UK and Ireland customers using Comcast's ( CMCSA ) global technology platform. Comcast ( CMCSA ) shares were up 0.4% and Warner Bros. stock was 2.2% higher.
