CAVA Group ( CAVA ) will replace Altair Engineering ( ALTR ) in the S&P MidCap 400, effective prior to trading on March 31, S&P Global said. Shares of CAVA Group ( CAVA ) were up over 3% premarket.

Sonoco Products ( SON ) shares were nearly 2% higher after the company said it is implementing a 60 euros ($64.6) per-metric-ton price hike for all grades of its core board and paperboard in Europe, effective April 7.

Tether Investments will launch a cash tender offer to acquire up to 49,596,510 common shares of Adecoagro ( AGRO ) at $12.41 apiece, the companies said. Adecoagro ( AGRO ) shares were up over 7% premarket.
