Beyond Meat ( BYND ) was over 5% lower after it filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the potential sale of up to $250 million of its securities from time to time.
Caleres ( CAL ) was down more than 3% after saying it expects its fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings per share to be in line with Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.86. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.07.
Unilever ( UL ) was up more than 2% after saying it plans to spin off its ice cream unit and cut 7,500 jobs under a new plan to rein in costs.
