WK Kellogg (KLG) signed an agreement to be acquired by Ferrero Group for $23 per share in cash for a total enterprise value of $3.1 billion. Shares of WK Kellogg were up more than 30% pre-bell.
Conagra Brands ( CAG ) shares were down more than 7% after the company reported lower fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings and net sales.
Simply Good Foods ( SMPL ) shares were down more than 4% after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 net sales that still missed analysts' expectations.
