09:10 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Consumer stocks were mixed premarket Wednesday with the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund ( XLP ) down 0.2% and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund ( XLY ) 0.3% higher recently.

Global-e Online ( GLBE ) shares declined by over 13% even after the company reported a narrower Q1 loss as revenue increased during the period. Separately, Global-e Online ( GLBE ) said it entered into a three-year agreement with Shopify (SHOP) to renew their strategic partnership.

LuxExperience (LUXE) shares advanced by over 9% after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 sales.

Arcos Dorados Holdings ( ARCO ) shares were down more than 8% after the company reported lower Q1 earnings, while revenue was flat year-over-year.
