Real Good Food ( RGF ) shares rose past 29% after the company said it entered into an agreement with Emblem Investments Fund I for a new term loan of $60 million and amended its financing with PMC Financial Services Group.
JD.com ( JD ) and Alibaba ( BABA ) shares advanced after China's central bank announced measures to stimulate the domestic economy this week. JD.com ( JD ) shares were up over 3% and Alibaba ( BABA ) shares were over 1% higher premarket.
US Foods Holding ( USFD ) shares were down 0.7% after the company said its US Foods Inc. unit intends to offer $500 million of senior unsecured notes due 2033.
