Sector Update: Consumer Stocks Steady Pre-Bell Friday

09:09 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Consumer stocks were steady pre-bell Friday, with the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund ( XLP ) up a slight 0.1% and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund ( XLY ) unchanged.

Levi Strauss (LEVI) shares were down more than 9% even after the company posted higher fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and net revenue that beat expectations, and raised its guidance for fiscal 2025 adjusted earnings per share.

Six Flags Entertainment ( FUN ) said Executive Chairman Selim Bassoul will step down from the board from Dec. 31. Six Flags Entertainment ( FUN ) shares were up 1% premarket.

USANA Health Sciences ( USNA ) stock was down 13% after the company reported preliminary Q3 results, saying it swung to an adjusted loss from a profit a year earlier.
