Despegar.com ( DESP ) shares rallied more than 32% amid a definitive agreement to be acquired by Prosus in an all-cash transaction valued at around $1.7 billion.

Hyatt Hotels ( H ) and Playa Hotels & Resorts ( PLYA ) said they have entered into an exclusivity agreement to negotiate potential strategic options, including the acquisition of Playa by Hyatt. Playa Hotels & Resorts ( PLYA ) shares rose past 20% pre-bell.

Nordstrom ( JWN ) shares fell more than 1% after the company said it has signed a definitive agreement under which members of the Nordstrom ( JWN ) family and El Puerto de Liverpool will acquire all outstanding Nordstrom ( JWN ) common shares in an all-cash deal valued at about $6.25 billion on an enterprise basis.
