The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was down 2.8% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 2.6% higher.

Rocket (RKT) shares were more than 5% lower after the company said it agreed to acquire Mr. Cooper Group ( COOP ) in an all-stock transaction valued at $9.40 billion. Mr. Cooper Group ( COOP ) shares were up over 24% premarket.
