Nokia ( NOK ) has agreed to acquire Infinera ( INFN ) in a transaction valuing Infinera ( INFN ) at $6.65 per share or an enterprise value of $2.3 billion, the companies said Thursday. Nokia ( NOK ) shares fell 0.3% and Infinera ( INFN ) shares rose 18% pre-bell Friday.

CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings ( CCCS ) fell 1.9% after the company said it priced a secondary offering of 30 million shares its common stock by affiliates of Advent International and Oak Hill Capital Partners.

Quantum Computing ( QUBT ) shares were down 2.8% after the company said it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for not timely filing its report for the quarter ended March 31 on Form 10-Q.
