IonQ ( IONQ ) has agreed to acquire Oxford Ionics in a stock and cash transaction valued at $1.08 billion, the companies said. IonQ ( IONQ ) shares were more than 11% higher pre-bell.

Qualcomm ( QCOM ) has agreed to acquire Alphawave IP Group for 1.83 British pounds ($2.48) per share in cash in a deal valuing the UK semiconductor company at about $2.4 billion, the companies said. Qualcomm ( QCOM ) shares were up more than 1% premarket.

Sunnova Energy International ( NOVA ) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Texas, multiple media outlets reported, citing a court filing. Sunnova Energy International ( NOVA ) shares were down more than 28% pre-bell.
