07:33 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Secure Waste Infrastructure ( SECYF ) overnight Monday said its board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.105 per common share payable on or about April 15, to shareholders of record on April 1.

The company said the declared dividend reflects the previously announced 5% increase to its quarterly dividend, raising the rate from $0.10 to $0.105 per share.

Secure also expects to release its 2026 first quarter financial and operating results before markets open on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

Shares of the company closed up 3.6% to $20.90 on Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
