04:14 PM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Elad Bibi-Aviv, the new chief executive officer of healthcare-software company Seegnal (SEGN.V), said Tuesday the company's near-term priorities include scaling Seegnal into a "durable, category-defining platform".

Bibi-Aviv, who joined as CEO on Dec. 16, said the company aims to accelerate commercial expansion, starting in the United States, while remaining human-led and AI-enhanced by design. The idea is to "deepen how we measure and communicate safety, adoption, and ROI across deployments, and scale enterprise readiness."

In his note to investors, Bibi-Aviv said his mission is to make Seegnal the global prescription intelligence platform - the infrastructure layer that helps ensure every prescription decision is safer, more consistent, and continuously improving across the system.

"The reason I joined Seegnal is that we are not starting from a concept - we are starting from real-world use, measurable engagement, and momentum," said Bibi-Aviv.

Seegnal's platform, which analyses more than 400,000 prescriptions per day, has analyzed over 174 million prescriptions in total, and over 20,000 clinicians currently use the platform, based on Seegnal's internal client information.

"We're already seeing what becomes possible when prescribing moves from reactive to intelligent: measurable clinical benefit, smarter resource use, and reduced operational drag across the system," Bibi-Aviv said.

The company's shares last traded Monday, closing at $0.19 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
