Jul 9, 2025 10:13 AM

12:35 PM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SEGG Media (SEGG) said Wednesday it signed a binding letter of intent with British sports entrepreneur David Lloyd to acquire rights to David Lloyd's All-Sports Arena in Boca Raton, Florida, for $14 million.

The 100,000-square-foot facility will be rebranded as "Sports.com All-Sports Arena, designed by David Lloyd," marking the launch of Lloyd's fitness and wellness brand in the US.

The venue will combine state-of-the-art sports infrastructure with business amenities, including indoor courts for padel, basketball, and pickleball, AI-powered golf simulators, a premium gym, and approximately 10,000 square feet of luxury co-working space. The facility will also feature food services curated by celebrity chef Todd English, the company said.

SEGG Media and David Lloyd plan additional expansion in major US cities and the Middle East, leveraging SEGG's Sports.com brand and Lloyd's track record in premium health and fitness facilities.
