SEI Investments Acquires LifeYield

09:36 AM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SEI Investments ( SEIC ) said Wednesday that it has acquired tax technology provider LifeYield.

The company said it will incorporate LifeYield's application programming interfaces into its Wealth Platform.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
